This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager based in the United States.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a global social media presence for a mission-driven organization focused on using technology for social good.
You will own organic social strategy, paid advertising, community engagement, and performance reporting across multiple channels and markets.
The role combines creative storytelling with hands-on campaign execution, audience development, analytics, and marketing technology.
You’ll manage campaigns primarily across LinkedIn and Meta while developing content that strengthens engagement with nonprofit and professional audiences.
You will also nurture online communities, identify advocates, and turn audience insights into meaningful marketing opportunities.
Working within a fully remote, international environment, you’ll collaborate across teams and time zones using modern project and marketing platforms.
This role is ideal for a proactive social media professional who combines strong creative instincts with analytical thinking and a structured test-and-learn approach.
- Contribute to and execute multi-national, multi-channel social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Own editorial calendars and content requests through Sprinklr, creating compelling, mission-driven copy for campaigns, launches, events, and programs.
- Coordinate multimedia assets including carousels, short-form videos, graphics, and infographics.
- Manage recurring LinkedIn newsletters and thought leadership initiatives to increase subscribers and engagement.
- Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage campaign targeting, creative formats, bidding strategies, and budgets to improve return on ad spend and reduce acquisition costs.
- Partner with marketing teams on UTM tracking, pixels, audience frameworks, and campaign measurement.
- Monitor social conversations, mentions, and direct messages, responding promptly and professionally to maintain community trust.
- Participate in relevant nonprofit forums, B2B groups, and external communities to increase visibility and establish credibility.
- Identify and nurture influential community members and advocates, encouraging peer-to-peer engagement, user-generated content, and story sharing.
- Manage campaign workflows, content schedules, intake requests, and deliverables through Wrike.
- Use HubSpot to align social campaigns with broader marketing activities, track leads, and support lifecycle and attribution analysis.
- Measure organic and paid social performance and provide actionable reporting and insights.
- Analyze community sentiment, high-performing content, emerging needs, and engagement trends to inform broader marketing decisions.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities; experience in B2B SaaS, technology marketplaces, nonprofit, or social-impact environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-functional deliverables using Wrike or comparable enterprise project management software.
- Practical experience with marketing technology platforms, particularly HubSpot, for campaign management, lead tracking, social publishing, CRM integration, or related workflows.
- Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign targeting, budget management, testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to grow audience engagement, manage customer and community interactions, and activate advocates or online communities.
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to create clear, compelling content for professional, nonprofit, and mission-driven audiences.
- Experience creating polished visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of web analytics and attribution practices, including Google Analytics 4 and UTM tracking.
- Strong organizational and workflow-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Empathetic and confident communicator who can build relationships with diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-directed, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
- Structured, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to use data to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within fully remote, globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Annual base salary range of $60,000–$72,000 USD, depending on location, skills, experience, education, training, business needs, and market factors.
