This role is focused on driving high-quality conversations and pipeline growth within the aesthetics and elective medical procedures industry, supporting recruitment and scheduling efforts for surgeons and clinical professionals. You will be responsible for engaging inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels, nurturing interest, and converting prospects into scheduled interviews and calls. The position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent flow through the sales and production pipeline, working closely with marketing and sales teams. You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where persistence, communication skills, and structured follow-up are essential. - Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, social media, and calls) to engage potential leads in the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry.
- Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and social platforms, converting interest into qualified conversations.
- Reconnect with past leads in the CRM to restart engagement and generate new opportunities.
- Support mid-funnel follow-ups after demos, maintaining momentum and ensuring strong prospect engagement.
- Rebook missed appointments by proactively contacting no-show prospects and securing new meeting times.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and pipeline continuity.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including all communications, notes, and pipeline updates.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, prep calls, and coordinating content-related steps in the production workflow.
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, lead generation, or similar outbound roles.
- Prior experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong plus due to client interaction needs.
- Experience or familiarity with the aesthetics, Botox, or plastic surgery industry is highly desirable.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong organizational and follow-up discipline.
