Accountabilities:
  • Identify, develop, and drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities for emerging technology solutions within the construction sector.
  • Lead strategic sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and close, ensuring alignment with customer business goals.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Representatives, and technical specialists to execute co-selling strategies and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned solution areas, presenting product capabilities, proof of concepts, use cases, and business value to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that increase market penetration and accelerate adoption of innovative technology solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and overcome challenges.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking across all stages of the sales process.
  • Support complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and solution positioning to maximize customer value and business impact.
  • Enable partners and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and long-term success.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions sales, technical sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling complex software, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline growth, expansion opportunities, and revenue attainment within enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling, ROI-focused sales strategies, and consultative customer engagement.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex product features, configurations, and business outcomes to varied audiences.
  • Experience working within matrixed sales organizations alongside account teams, partners, and technical specialists.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience supporting proof of concepts (POCs) and customer discovery initiatives is highly valued.
  • Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is considered a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
