Job Description
Dueall Construction is a large-scale exterior restoration general contractor serving multi-story residential communities throughout Florida — stucco, waterproofing (WRB) systems, structural repairs, sealants, and painting. We're in a period of rapid growth, and we're building our Operations team to match, with real, defined career paths for people who want to grow with us.
This is the first role at Dueall accountable for an outcome, not just a task — you'll own a building, elevation, or scope from mobilization through acceptance, and the Foremen and crews working inside it. You're also the verification layer in our quality model: Foremen inspect the work, you confirm it's real.
- Own a defined building, elevation, or scope from mobilization through acceptance and closeout.
- Own and hit your segment of the project schedule; report slippage the day it appears.
- Sequence work within the area and resolve trade conflicts in real time.
- Verify Foreman inspections daily — confirm recorded conditions match what's actually installed, and spot-check the work yourself.
- Direct correction of non-conforming work and verify the correction before the area advances.
- Enforce the safety program in your area — toolbox talks, JHAs, area safety walks, and stopping work for unsafe conditions.
- Supervise and train the Foremen assigned to your area, and direct the Field Engineer supporting it.
- Surface RFI conditions and unbuildable details to the Superintendent before the crew reaches them.
Required:
- Three or more years of field supervision experience in exterior restoration or comparable commercial construction, or promotion from Foreman.
- Certified in the scopes active in your assigned area.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Demonstrated ability to read and work to a construction schedule.
- Ability to hold a subcontractor to contracted scope without escalating every disagreement.
- Proficiency in Procore — Daily Log, Scheduling, RFIs, Inspections, Observations, Drawings, and Punch List.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
Nice to Have:
- Competency across three or more core scopes.
- Prior experience running a building or scope start to finish.
- Fall protection and scaffold competent person certification.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Typical time in role: 2–4 years.
- Clear path to Superintendent for Assistant Superintendents who have run a full building or scope start to finish with a clean safety record — or cross over to Project Engineer if your strength is drawings, documentation, and coordination.
- Active construction sites, 8+ hours daily, on uneven terrain.
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding to full building height and work at heights without restriction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing.
- Year-round exposure to Florida outdoor conditions — heat, humidity, sun, rain, dust, and noise.
- Required PPE worn at all times on site: hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and work boots.
