What You'll Do- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across Complete Care facilities.
- Complete repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, and general building maintenance.
- Assist with construction, remodeling, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems or coordinate with licensed contractors when necessary.
- Install furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other building components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies to minimize disruptions to patient care and business operations.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Support vendors and contractors during facility improvement projects.
- Ensure facilities remain compliant with OSHA standards, ADA requirements, local building codes, and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and work order documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, safety, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
