Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager based in the United States.

The Performance Marketing & Growth Manager will lead initiatives designed to accelerate demand, qualified lead generation, and enrollment growth across services and training programs.
This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on campaign execution, using performance data to continuously improve acquisition and conversion.
You will shape compelling positioning and customer-centric messaging that clearly communicates the value of the organization’s offerings.
The role spans multiple marketing channels, including email, content, SEO, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM-driven campaigns.
You will work closely with sales and training teams to strengthen the full B2B funnel, from awareness and lead generation through conversion and enrollment.
Success will be measured through tangible improvements in qualified leads, conversion rates, program enrollments, and brand visibility.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that increase qualified leads for services and drive enrollment growth across training programs.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across relevant digital and offline channels.
  • Build and improve B2B marketing funnels, identifying opportunities to strengthen acquisition, engagement, qualification, and conversion.
  • Develop customer-centric positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of services and training offerings.
  • Use campaign performance data, customer insights, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage lead-generation initiatives and continuously improve lead quality and volume in partnership with sales teams.
  • Develop and optimize email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, and performance analysis.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns, nurture prospects, and improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, including qualified leads, enrollment volume, conversion rates, campaign performance, and brand awareness.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance, communicate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support content marketing and SEO initiatives that strengthen organic visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and training teams to align campaigns with business priorities, customer needs, and enrollment objectives.
  • Manage marketing projects, timelines, priorities, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure effective execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing for professional services, training, education, or similar service-based organizations.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to enrollment or revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, customer journeys, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, campaign nurturing, and performance optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
  • Understanding of content marketing and foundational SEO principles.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate performance insights into practical actions.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term positioning with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Strong ability to develop customer-centric messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates clear value.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with sales, trainers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
