The role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and earning potential through base salary and commission.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of net-new commercial opportunities across assigned micro-markets through cold outreach, networking, referrals, broker relationships, industry events, and other prospecting channels.
  • Target commercial real estate owners, asset managers, developers, and operators, with particular focus on parking facilities, flat lots, garages, and other relevant properties.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders, positioning the organization as a long-term strategic partner for commercial parking, mobility, and technology solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, follow-up, and progress against revenue targets.
  • Partner with sales enablement, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to develop pricing, financial models, ROI analyses, proformas, and tailored client proposals.
  • Translate operational capabilities and technology solutions into compelling business outcomes that demonstrate value, improve asset performance, and support client financial objectives.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, client meetings, and other market-facing activities to strengthen visibility and generate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on client onboarding, transition planning, and post-sale handoffs to establish a strong foundation for long-term client success.
  • Travel as required, potentially up to 60%, to support prospecting, client engagement, industry events, and business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in a services, solutions, commercial real estate, hospitality, parking, mobility, or distributed-services environment.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales position with demonstrated ability to consistently generate and close new business.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-outreach capabilities, with the persistence and energy required to build opportunities from the ground up.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM and comfort working within structured sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities while maintaining disciplined, data-driven sales execution.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand ROI, pricing, proformas, and the business impact of proposed solutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and highly results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Willingness to work in a primarily remote environment while traveling as needed for clients and business development activities.
  • Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $91,000–$112,000 annually, depending on job-related skills, experience, education, training, and location.
  • Commission: Additional earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine benefits.
  • Company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off accruing up to 136 hours per calendar year.
  • 6 paid holidays plus up to 4 floating holidays annually.
  • Remote work environment with flexibility.
  • The opportunity to work in a growth-oriented, technology-enabled organization with significant exposure to commercial markets and senior stakeholders.
