  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar platform.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms to create and distribute campaigns or newsletters.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong design, content creation, or social media capabilities.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of assigned projects.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience using LLMs such as ChatGPT or Claude to support content creation and marketing workflows.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Preferred: Basic photography or video-editing skills, particularly for Reels, TikTok-style content, and other short-form formats.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Google Analytics or native social media analytics tools.
Benefits:
