Due to growth a unique opportunity currently exists for an experienced personal injury solicitor to join our workers compensation team based in our brand new Sydney CBD office.


The Role:


This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation and work injury damages claims. With a range of matters, the role requires a commitment to meeting the firm's client service standards and is an opportunity to be rewarded for doing what you do best - winning cases for our injured clients and maximising their compensation entitlements.


About You:


This role is for a dynamic, energetic personal injury lawyer with a passion for getting the best outcome for their clients.


Absolute client care drives everything we do at Law Partners so you'll need to confident working in a very busy, client-focused environment. You'll also be working with a relatively young team of very driven, high-achieving lawyers and paralegals who are absolutely passionate about what they do.


With a proven track record in managing workers compensation and work injury damages claims, you will also have empathy and drive to ensure the best outcome for your clients and your organisational and communication skills will set you apart from the rest. This is a fantastic opening for a lawyer to retain their focus in personal injury claims whilst progressing their career within the organisation.


To be considered for this role you must have:


  • 2 to 3 years PAE Plaintiff Workers Compensation experience;
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills in personal injury law
  • Proven ability to achieve billing targets
  • A commitment to looking after your clients
  • A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice
  • A friendly, down to earth nature that enjoys working as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
