About the Role
We are looking for a Clinic Manager responsible for hands-on management of the daily operations of our Burlingame clinic. This includes efficient management of the front office operations, patient satisfaction and service delivery, provider support, inventory and expense control, and teammate engagement.
This Player-Coach position will have direct responsibility for the delivery of quality patient experiences and cultivating a “Patients First” mentality among clinical support staff. This leader will utilize strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trusting relationships with other teammates and the doctors in the clinic. This position will develop a subject-matter-expert level of competency in the Patient Care Technician role and will serve as the primary leader and decision maker for the clinic.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of in-office and remote telemedicine operations. Direct and monitor the daily operations, including but not limited to, patient services and operations support, business services and financial management, schedule preparation, attendance/timekeeping and personnel/payroll.
- Support the operation as a Patient Care Technician, including all facets and requirements of the role.
- Supervise and train assigned staff; evaluate and document the performance of staff; recommend disciplinary action when necessary. Provide work direction and technical guidance for staff.
- Ensure adequate provider and staff coverage, adjusting for absences to ensure compliance with coverage requirements.
- Participate in practice development activities, including monitoring of referring clinic relationships, email/phone communication with referring office managers, and field visits to potential referral sources.
- Ensure patient medical records, clinic logs and other documentation is thorough and properly maintained within HIPPA standards.
- Ensure front office team accurately maintains patient schedules and insurance information.
- Promote excellent customer service, problem solving and timely follow up to patients, providers, and other teammates.
- Review clinic budget reports to compare actuals against company-specified goals; provide explanation of variances and make process recommendations as necessary.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment; maintain inventory records of controlled substances in accordance with compliance procedures
- Provide operational support for special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Direct supervisory experience of a team of 6+ teammates; experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills including strong MS Office skills
- Great multi-tasking skills and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting
- Proven conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Efficient self-starter with strong attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to complete all company-sponsored certification training for TMS and Esketamine within 3 months of hire (some travel may be required).

Pay range: $___70,000___to __90,000___ This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
