About This Position
Groveway Pet Hospital is a long-established, full-service veterinary hospital serving the Castro Valley community, and is supported by a close-knit, collaborative team, many of whom are local and share a passion for exotic animals—particularly reptiles, which is a unique strength of the practice.
Clinically, the team offers a broad range of services including general practice, dentistry, surgery, urgent and emergency care, as well as exotics, supported by equipment such as digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, and a dedicated surgical suite.
The culture combines a strong “work family” feel with VetnCare’s wider support, creating a friendly, committed environment focused on delivering excellent patient and client care.
With a loyal community client base, convenient access to Castro Valley BART, and growth plans ahead—including expanding the team and enhancing facilities—Groveway offers a great opportunity to be part of a hospital that is both rooted in its community and evolving for the future.
