- Current Resume highlighting academic achievements, relevant experience, and skills
- Letter of Acceptance into your current healthcare program
- Two Letters of Reference from academic or professional sources
- Personal Essay (500-800 words) explaining:
Why you are interested in participating in the stipend program
How the program aligns with your long-term career goals
Program Details
Upon successful completion of the stipend program, employment opportunities may be available based on organizational staffing needs. Placement and shift assignments are not guaranteed.
Potential areas of placement include:
Birthing Center
Emergency Department
Hospice
Medical/Surgical
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Surgery*
*Participants placed in Surgery must live within 30 minutes of Clinton's main campus due to call requirements.
Employment Commitment
Participants who receive stipend funding are required to fulfill a post-graduation employment commitment. The length of the commitment is based on the total stipend amount awarded, with a maximum commitment period of four years.
Please note:
If a participant does not complete their educational program or fulfill the employment agreement, the full stipend amount must be repaid.
Repayment obligations are not prorated.
Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed until all required documentation has been reviewed and a formal stipend agreement has been fully executed.
