What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counseling using a strengths-based, person-centered approach
• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers as part of a true multidisciplinary team
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision — collaboration is built into how we work, not an afterthought
• Grow your practice through ongoing professional development and real advancement opportunities
• Provide culturally competent, inclusive care and advocate for clients from all backgrounds
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
• Offer crisis intervention and coordinate resources when clients need urgent support

What You'll Bring

• A degree in counseling, social work, or chemical dependency
• Active state licensure/certification (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine therapeutic rapport
• A collaborative mindset — you thrive working with a team, not just solo
• Comfort managing a caseload independently while knowing when to seek supervision
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to stay professional under a fast-paced workload
• A genuine commitment to growing as a clinician
