Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

  • A Professional Services Consultant is a key driver to ensuring that the configuration of Mitchell products meet the needs of our clients.
  • As a product and subject matter expert, you will be responsible for working with internal and external resources to gather, understand, and document requirements.
  • Upon client acceptance of requirements, you will configure and test the product, as well as analyze the results and generate reports that validate the business objectives were achieved.


Qualifications

  • Experience with DecisionPoint Medical Bill Review Software.
  • 5+ year’s experience in the auto casualty claims management space. Specific familiarity with the claims adjuster process, workflows, and bill review concepts. Must have ability to consult clients on the establishment of a bill review process across multiple jurisdictions.
  • 5+ Years experience with establishing custom business rules in a bill review application to enhance system performance and outcomes.
  • 3+ years generating operational reports to assess the performance of auto casualty bill review operations.
  • 3+ years in formal requirements gathering processes.
  • 3+ years testing and quality assurance experience.
  • Proven soft skills track record with:
    • Fostering a collaborative working environment with internal and external resources
    • Gathering and documenting client business requirements
    • Task and time management / prioritization
    • Written and verbal communications that are timely, detailed, and clear
    • Defining and analyzing complex mathematical reasoning statements
    • Researching / analyzing software issues

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
