Warehouse Supervisor
Walts TV is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to lead a team and keep a fast-paced warehouse running like clockwork. This is a hands-on leadership role at our Dayton, NJ warehouse where you'll guide daily operations, coach a team of warehouse associates, and make sure every order goes out accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates
Assign tasks and monitor workflow so orders are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee stock organization
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and completeness
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory, shipments, or orders
Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and transportation to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep
Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and team performance
Jump in on the floor and operate warehouse equipment when needed

What You Bring
2+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Strong working knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck)
Basic proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office/Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics/operations training a plus
Reliable transportation
Availability for a 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shift
