Job Description
Summary:
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our
operational processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production,
supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous
improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent
leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies to
achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of our operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and
quality assurance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization.
Full ownership of 1 or more Value Streams.
Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and initiatives aligned with the overall
business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and
optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized operating
procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and quality throughout all operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance,
identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Lead and inspire a team of operations professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and
development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements in all
operational processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to manage
relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive operational excellence throughout the supply
chain.
Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize inventory levels, minimize
obsolescence, and ensure product availability.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in operations management, and
proactively apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field;
advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a relevant industry
or manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams to achieve business
goals and objectives.
Strong knowledge of operations management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
