Job Description

Senior GTM Engineer & Global Strategy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer & Global Strategy based in Canada.

This is a high-impact strategic and technical role at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and systems engineering. You will help shape how global commercial teams operate by designing scalable GTM frameworks, improving data-driven decision-making, and implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions. The role combines long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution across revenue systems, processes, and tooling. You will collaborate closely with senior GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and operations. The environment is fast-moving, globally distributed, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on innovation and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex business problems through both strategy and technology.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define and execute global go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, coverage models, lifecycle design, and annual planning.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve revenue operations, scalability, forecasting accuracy, and customer lifecycle performance.
  • Design and implement scalable GTM systems, workflows, and automation solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Build integrations and process flows across GTM technology stacks, leveraging APIs, automation platforms, and AI tools.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Data, Engineering, IT, Legal, Security, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure responsible and effective implementation of new technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of GTM processes, including experimentation with emerging tools, AI capabilities, and automation frameworks.
  • Establish governance frameworks and operating rhythms that ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Strategy teams.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, revenue operations, GTM operations, corporate strategy, or business transformation roles.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in complex, global environments.
  • Deep understanding of GTM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, customer lifecycle, and revenue operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build executive-level reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience designing or implementing automation, workflow optimization, or systems integration solutions is highly valued.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to operate effectively across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Experience working with data teams, engineering teams, or technical stakeholders is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to AI-driven tools, APIs, or automation platforms is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first and flexible working arrangements across Canada and international locations.
  • Opportunity to shape global go-to-market strategy in a high-growth, fast-scaling organization.
  • Strong emphasis on learning, development, and career growth in strategy and revenue operations.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge GTM technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven systems.
  • Collaborative, international environment with cross-functional leadership exposure.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior strategic and technical roles.
