Description:
HTI is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for a growing manufacturing facility in Summerville, SC. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Safety functions at the plant, partnering closely with leadership and employees to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, training, and workplace safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience, hands-on leadership skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Human Resources management experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience

Experience leading recruiting and retention efforts for both hourly and salaried employees
ADP experience strongly preferred
Experience with HRIS systems, payroll administration, and employee records management
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience supervising and developing HR staff preferred
Lead all Human Resources functions for the manufacturing facility
Manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and performance management activities
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, supervisors, and employees on HR matters
Oversee plant safety programs, reporting, investigations, safety meetings, and compliance initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
Lead training initiatives and employee development programs
Manage HR and Safety department budgets and related expenditures
Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements
Supervise and mentor HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture
Partner with operations leadership to support workforce planning and plant goals
Maintain HR records, systems, and reporting accuracy
