We are seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
- The Culinary Manager may develop new and inspiring dishes for the menu
- Manage and train culinary staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Control food costs, inventory, and ordering to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with management on event planning and special menus
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to manage food costs effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

- Minimum of (2) years as a Culinary Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant
- Successful candidates should be thoughtful leaders, confident decision-makers, and quality-focused.
- Able to effectively manage staff.
- A true passion for food and food preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures.
- Experience with cost control, budgeting, inventory control and scheduling
- Knowledge of business process and functions
- Excellent motivation and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving mind set
