Customer Service Associate in Wentzville, Missouri at Superior Home Products Inc

Superior Home Products, a Wentzville based manufacturer / distributor of cultured marble bath products, custom mirrors, shower enclosures & closet shelving since 1984, is seeking a motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time Customer Service/Sales Assistant. The position is a full-time position with day shift hours.

Primary responsibilities for the ideal candidate include:

• Sales support to dedicated sale staff and their set account customer base
• Answer incoming calls, monitor order status and initiate calls to schedule delivery and installation
• Analyze daily schedules and confirm or revise dates as needed
• Maintain work schedules according to dictated published schedules from Builders
• Coordinate collection of COD shipments as needed
• Other various office support tasks

The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Detail oriented, energetic and independent worker
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional and courteous
• Customer service experience
