Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plumbing Service Technicians to drive performance, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, profitably, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Support technicians in identifying sales opportunities, building estimates, and communicating solutions clearly and professionally to customers.
Monitor key performance metrics and regularly evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, safety standards, company policies, and State Plumbing regulations.
Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and ongoing training to improve technician performance, communication, and technical skills.
Collaborate with dispatch and office teams to improve scheduling efficiency, workflow, and overall operational effectiveness.
Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, estimates, and reporting.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on professionalism, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve service operations.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in residential plumbing service management with a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills with the ability to motivate and hold technicians accountable.
Experience managing KPIs, revenue goals, technician performance, and overall service department operations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to professionally resolve escalated customer concerns.
Proficiency in ServiceTitan and comfort working with technology, reporting, and operational systems.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a cleaning record and the ability to meet company insurability requirements.
Ability to pass a pre-employment and background check and drug screening.
Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve service operations.
