The Opportunity

We are looking for a Plumbing Install Manager who is driven to be the best and can instill that same pride in others. Our team performs residential and light commercial projects typically lasting 2-3 days per project. You will manage the team of installers and the project coordinator to ensure there is a smooth process from the time of booking to the job completion. In this role, you won't be stuck behind a desk all day. You will spend 50-60% of your time in the field, overseeing projects with installation technicians, looking for ways to train them on new skills and techniques and building relationships with customers. Your goal is simple: Exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality of installations, every time.

Your Typical Work WeekManage the install crews working on projects from water repipes to water heater installations to underground sewer replacements

Start the crews off right by supervising them loading up and starting off their day with everything they need

Work with the project coordinator to make sure all materials and project details are prepared before the start of the job

Review invoices, time cards, and purchase orders to ensure gross margin targets are met

Evaluate photos and videos for quality of installation

Develop regular training for the Install Team

Perform regular job site visits and quality checks to guarantee work meets Tony’s Plumbing’s standards

What We’re Looking For

10+ Years of plumbing and underground experience

3-5 Years of management/leadership experience, specifically in plumbing and install management

The “Bear” Attitude: You want to be a leader on a winning team, you want to help your teammates grow, and blend well in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Field Leadership: A proven track record in installation with supervisory experience; you are a multitasker who enjoys working in the field with teams

Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and work in tight spaces (crawl, attics, ascend ladders, and trenches) in indoor/outdoor condition.

Tech Savvy: Ability to manage invoices, run reports, and navigate ServiceTitan effectively
