Overview:

The Associate Strategist will assist and provide support for our Client Solutions team, which oversees accounts and strategy for clients utilizing two or more service lines. The role entails managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects related to the daily operations of high-profile entertainment clients.

Work Environment: This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles Employees are expected to work in-office two days per week, with the remaining days remote Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Account Directors across a variety of clients, supporting all aspects of client solutions and service lines including strategy, performance marketing, creative, influencers, and paid media Provide support and visibility across multiple territories, both national and global Support the team with campaign management tasks, including agenda planning, scheduling, recaps, and notes Manage artwork and creative briefing and trafficking Track campaign performance and key KPIs Support settlement and budget management, as well as client billing Follow up with the team on items due in the coming week and flag past-due items to team leads Build reporting and strategy document outlines in PowerPoint for team input Tee up daily topline performance reporting, edit and proof email updates, and send client-ready items to team leads Proof and format client-facing documents and reports Help maintain and monitor media plan documents, client files, and related materials Research and report on marketing trends applicable to the client's industry Maintain the project management system for documenting and tracking activities Report regularly to supervisor on current work progress and above duties Qualifications: BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 2 years of experience in a marketing support role Sound understanding of marketing principles Effective understanding of media and the latest technologies, with the ability to apply them in marketing endeavors Familiarity and experience with AI tools and platforms, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and output Understanding of budgeting and reconciliation Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Keynote Effective project management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Online media experience, with media planning knowledge a plus Prior experience supporting entertainment industry clients Key Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Willingness to share creative and innovative thinking with team members and clients Cross-functional collaboration Self-motivated, confident, and energetic DetailsThe annual salary range for this full-time role is $45,000 – $55,000, commensurate with experience This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
