Office Manager – General Dental Practice

We're seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our busy and growing general dental practice. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is knowledgeable in dental insurance, office operations, and team development, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and team performance
• Support providers in delivering exceptional patient care
• Manage scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial processes
• Handle insurance claims, payment posting, and patient/insurance A/R
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications

• Dental office management experience (general dentistry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and commercial dental insurance
• Experience with A/R, insurance claims, and payment posting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
