About This Position

Position Description:

Are you a proven healthcare leader who excels at driving operational performance, building strong teams, and leading complex facilities with accountability and purpose?

We’re seeking an Administrator to provide executive leadership and oversight of facility operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and quality outcomes. This role is responsible for directing all resources—people, processes, and capital—to achieve operational excellence, financial performance, and high-quality care delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, policies, and objectives.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-range operational plans, including annual management plans that define priorities and performance goals.
  • Direct and oversee Executive Management Leadership, ensuring accountability, performance, and alignment across departments.
  • Serve as a liaison between governing boards, medical staff, and facility departments to ensure coordinated, effective operations.
  • Establish and lead operational meetings to communicate performance, priorities, and key initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s Code of Conduct and promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership during critical incidents and ensure responsiveness to significant events on a 24/7 basis.
  • Direct all facility functions, including delegating authority for hiring, development, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience

  • Ten (10) years in an administrative or executive-level role, including three (3) years in a mental health treatment facility (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
