Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive territory growth by increasing sales, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding product adoption across automotive dealerships, repair shops, and distributor networks. You will be responsible for both developing new accounts and maintaining strong engagement with existing partners while ensuring effective product positioning in the field.

  • Increase sales, penetration, and customer loyalty for aftermarket automotive parts within the assigned territory

  • Coordinate with parts managers to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability
  • Use Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools to track all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide market feedback on product performance, pricing, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer outcomes
Requirements

This role requires an experienced field sales professional with strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships in a territory-based environment. You are highly self-driven, comfortable with frequent travel, and skilled at both account management and new business acquisition.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in aftermarket automotive sales or dealership account management preferred
  • Experience working with repair shops, distributors, or OEM dealership networks
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to develop new business through prospecting and cold outreach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, web tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Ability to train and influence dealership or shop personnel effectively
  • High sense of urgency and strong customer service orientation
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%, including overnight travel)
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary starting at $75,000+ CAD (or equivalent market range)
  • Field-based role with high autonomy and territory ownership
  • Opportunity to work with a recognized automotive aftermarket brand
  • Strong growth potential within a national sales organization
  • Exposure to dealership networks, distributors, and major accounts
  • Dynamic, hands-on sales environment with direct customer impact
  • Equal opportunity employment environment committed to inclusion and fairness
