This is a strategic and highly cross-functional role focused on turning data into impactful, scalable products that drive real business value. You will operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology, shaping data-driven solutions that support decision-making and innovation across global clients. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of data products, from discovery and definition through development, delivery, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders in an international, fast-paced environment. With a strong emphasis on product thinking, you will help define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data, AI, and analytics to solve complex problems and enable smarter organizations.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including ideation, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Define, maintain, and prioritize data product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for data and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze data structures, pipelines (ETL/ELT), and architectures to support product decisions.
- Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria to measure product performance and business impact.
- Conduct data profiling and exploratory analysis to identify insights and opportunities.
- Validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user and business needs.
- Promote data-driven culture and support AI and automation adoption across teams.
- Lead and influence stakeholders while supporting team development in data initiatives.
- Experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven product environments.
- Proven experience managing products, projects, or complex data initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and business use cases.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with a product-oriented and business-impact mindset.
- Ability to prioritize based on value, manage risks, and align stakeholders.
- Experience in team leadership or leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
