Manager Finance at Crouse Hospital – Syracuse, New York

Prepare, review, interpret and analyze Hospital financial data. Involved in all aspects of preparing the annual budget. Supervise day to day activity of Accounts Payable, Payroll and Financial Analysts. Assist in providing leadership team and department heads with timely, accurate and informative financial data to aid in making sound strategic decisions. Educate end users on interpretation and effective utilization of financial data to help Hospital remain fiscally responsible. Minimum education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting required.Minimum experience: 5-7 years of hospital accounting experience. Strong computer skills and knowledge including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint and Access. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to work in a calm, professional manner. Ability to work as a team player with department heads and senior management. Ability to organize complex tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to juggle priorities and work well under pressure.
