Job Description
National Office - Talent Acquisition Coordiantor
Promote the Dovida and and live our culture in all your interactions through building trust, taking the lead, and sharing your heart. Support the Talent Acquisition team with a number of administrative tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Conducting successful reference checks as per Dovida policy requirements, including following up outstanding checks and liaising with the candidate where necessary
- Issuing and running Garda Vetting in the platform, including following up outstanding documentation and liaising with the vendor as necessary
- Managing incoming enquiries to the TA team either via phone or email
- Running VISA checks for new candidates and ensuring that all new hires are authorized to work in Ireland
- Utlise Fountain (ATS) to store candidate information in a compliant manner
- Running government registration checks for new CAREGivers
- Continuous improvement and process development with the administrative talent space
- Managing the training/orientation booking system for new CAREGivers in tandem with the L&D team
- Data entry
- Compliance auditing in the ATS and SharePoint
- Creating and updating administrative Talent Acquisition processes and procedures
- Respond to all employment enquiries from CAREGivers in a friendly, timely, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements as required
- Ensuring all documentation including: motor vehicle registration, insurance and drivers license documents are current.
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Support the corporate sites and people processes associated with the recruitment and retention of Key Players (Office staff).

Education / Experience / Skills / Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, or higher (highly desirable), otherwise working towards a recognised National qualification.
- Experience in recruitment and administration
- Excellent communication skills, including highly effective inter-personal skills
- Preferably have experience and knowledge about the requirements of care services for older people.
- An ethical approach to your work, being self-motivated and someone who enjoys achieving results both individually and as part of a team.
- Be a high level administrator with business management skills including a high level of computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
- Be structured in your thinking and be a problem solver who provides solutions to issues/challenges.
- Be self-motivated and outcome orientated, with the capacity to deal with multiple and at times conflicting priorities.
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
