The Role

We are seeking an HR Consultant to provide support to our office network with advice regarding HR practices, compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices,

dealing with employee needs and providing guidance to local offices on employee relations & performance management issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the organisation in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.

• Ensuring policies align with legal requirements, industry best practices, and the specific needs of the organisation.

• Provide support the office network re policies, procedures and employee relations issues

• Provide guidance to local offices on handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.

• Support the HR team with ongoing projects and initiatives

• Support with the management of immigration and work permit related queries and administration

• Prepare monthly reports and insights to management

• Maintain accurate employee information on various IT systems

• Support network managers with standard HR letters

• Support various engagement and retention initiatives

About You

• Degree in Human Resource is from Irish university/ College is essential. CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role like HR Consultant or HR Advisor is essential.

• Strong interpersonal & influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.

• Strong working knowledge of required;

• Self-motivated & resilient with the capacity to work under pressure.

• Good organisation, verbal and written skills

• An eye for detail
