About the Role:
The Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our sales operations by managing inbound and outbound customer communications. This position focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing customer relationships, and coordinating appointments to support the sales team’s efforts. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional service and detailed product information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. By effectively managing customer inquiries and follow-ups, the Sales BDC Representative helps maximize sales opportunities and contributes to overall customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within a BDC or call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive sales or a related industry.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales funnel management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and share customer feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting.
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
