Summary:
The Senior Supply Chain Manager will lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a high-volume, time-sensitive environment, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials and finished goods. This role is responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and freshness standards while improving operational performance through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize full supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and operational accuracy
• Oversee daily reporting and data tracking including purchase orders, waste metrics, and performance analytics
• Review and validate purchase orders for accuracy, timing, and supplier confirmation
• Drive waste reduction initiatives in partnership with production, warehouse, and cross-functional teams
• Analyze ordering accuracy and identify trends to improve overall performance
• Investigate operational variances and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis
• Support system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure supplier data and cost information is accurate and submitted within required timelines
• Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract alignment
• Oversee supplier ordering processes to ensure deadlines and operational requirements are consistently met
• Prepare operational data and support supply chain readiness for new site launches and expansions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a related industry
• Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive operations such as food service, manufacturing, or similar environments
• Strong background in vendor management, procurement, and supply chain analytics
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in food science, food technology, biology, or a related field

Certifications:

• ServSafe certification preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP and OSHA standards preferred

Salary: $95K-$120K
