- Deeply experienced in cross-border eCommerce logistics, with strong understanding of Chinese 3PL customer expectations, operational requirements, and service models
- Commercially driven and results-oriented, comfortable developing strategic pipelines, supporting deal progression, and enabling successful customer onboarding in partnership with Sales and Account Management
- A strong relationship builder, confident engaging senior logistics leaders, founders, and operators while aligning internal stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, product, and support
- Highly structured and program-minded, able to bring clarity, governance, and repeatable processes to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Ownership-oriented and proactive, anticipating customer and internal needs while ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and operational readiness
- Experienced in leading teams and managing large-scale, cross-functional programs, with a proven ability to support and guide customer-facing teams serving cross-border Chinese customers. Brings a strong understanding of cultural, language, and operating model differences, and can establish clear team structure, communication norms, and execution discipline to ensure high service quality, consistency, and scalability in a global logistics environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive Veho’s growth in cross-border and domestic 3PL markets, with a primary focus on Chinese cross-border eCommerce and logistics partners
- Manage the
- Develop and support a strategic pipeline of cross-border and U.S.-based 3PL customers, partnering closely with Business Development and Account Management teams
- Serve as a senior commercial and program partner to support deal qualification, NDA execution, and early customer engagement
- Provide strategic oversight and structured support for customer onboarding initiatives, partnering with Account Management and Business Development teams from contract execution through first successful shipment
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure existing SOPs and processes across sales, onboarding, customer service, and payment workflows are aligned, refined, and fit for cross-border 3PL customer requirements
- Support the development of a dedicated support model for cross-border Chinese customers, helping define service structure, escalation paths, and engagement models to ensure high service quality and retention
- Represent Veho at relevant industry events and trade shows, supporting customer recruitment, partnership development, and market intelligence gathering
- Provide leadership with structured insights and recommendations on cross-border market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities
- Contribute to Veho’s West Coast expansion initiatives, supporting cross-functional programs related to sourcing, operational readiness, and growth alignment, particularly in the Greater Los Angeles region
- Act as a bridge between commercial growth and operational execution, helping ensure sustainable and scalable expansion
Qualifications Needed:
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, eCommerce, or other operationally complex industries, with demonstrated success supporting or leading commercial growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of cross-border logistics, particularly China-to-U.S. eCommerce and 3PL operating models
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives without direct execution ownership, influencing outcomes through structure, alignment, and stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, customers, and partners through clear, executive-level messaging
- Experience working with pricing models, contracts, customer onboarding processes, and operational trade-offs in logistics environments
- Professional certifications in supply chain and program management strongly preferred, including:
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Mandarin proficiency and experience working with Chinese logistics partners strongly preferred
