God Restoring Order (GRO) Community is a mental healthcare provider that specializes in trauma recovery services for males of color ages 5 and up. GRO services are grounded in an understanding of the neurological, biological and psychological effects of trauma. GRO services include mental health and wellness, stress management, and community outreach.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the effective movement of clients through our mental health therapy pipeline. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely service delivery, proper documentation, and overall quality compliance within our behavioral health programs. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to help us maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track client movement through the intake, psychiatric, and therapy service pipeline
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical assessments and surveys.
- Perform chart audits to ensure documentation is complete and Medicaid compliant
- Support internal quality assurance reviews and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with the Psychiatry and Clinical departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Enter and maintain data in organizational spreadsheets and dashboards
- Participate in weekly check-ins and contribute to departmental process improvements
- Other tasks as assigned based on needs of organization and department
Work Setting and Expectations:
- Office Setting
- Onsite expectation with some hybrid flexibility (remote + onsite); subject to change to fully onsite based on needs of department and organization.
- Travel under 10% expectation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree obtained in Public Health, Psychology, Health
- Administration, or related field required
- 1 - 2 years of experience in quality assurance, administrative coordination/clinical
- operations, or behavioral health services
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Passionate about community and uplifting and supporting vulnerable community members
- Self-motivated for excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medicaid-funded mental health programs
- Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
- Familiarity with client assessments and outcomes tracking
- Call-Center Experience
