Summary
Don’s Appliances is seeking a Parts Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their self-service appliance repairs. In addition, the Parts CSR will work directly with the Appliance Technicians, Service CSRs and other departments to ensure that the appropriate parts are in inventory, available for repair service calls and installation and provide the highest level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
