Account Manager, BC

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a fast-growing organization within the medical aesthetics industry. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth across British Columbia. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals, clinics, and key decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences. The position offers a dynamic blend of strategic account management, territory development, and business growth initiatives in a highly collaborative environment. Accountabilities:
  • Drive territory sales performance by achieving and exceeding revenue goals across the assigned product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans, including account targeting, growth strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product positioning, upselling, cross-selling, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, key accounts, and industry stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess business needs, provide product support, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategic sales decisions and territory development.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and medical affairs to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product concerns, and service-related issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; additional education or certifications in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or related fields are considered an asset.
  • 2–5 years of B2B medical sales experience, preferably within aesthetics, dermatology, pharmaceutical, or plastic surgery sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience managing key accounts, buying groups, or working within contract sales organization (CSO) environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout British Columbia and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingual communication skills may be considered an advantage depending on the territory.
