- Drive territory sales performance by achieving and exceeding revenue goals across the assigned product portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans, including account targeting, growth strategies, and performance tracking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product positioning, upselling, cross-selling, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, key accounts, and industry stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess business needs, provide product support, and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategic sales decisions and territory development.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and medical affairs to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product concerns, and service-related issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional education or certifications in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or related fields are considered an asset.
- 2–5 years of B2B medical sales experience, preferably within aesthetics, dermatology, pharmaceutical, or plastic surgery sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience managing key accounts, buying groups, or working within contract sales organization (CSO) environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout British Columbia and maintain a valid driver’s license.
