This role offers an exciting opportunity for a high-performing enterprise sales professional to drive growth within the contact center technology space. In this role, you will lead enterprise contact center sales initiatives by developing strategic client relationships, managing complex opportunities, and driving revenue growth across major accounts.
- Qualify leads and conduct in-depth customer needs assessments while engaging technical resources when needed.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across assigned enterprise territories.
- Partner with sales Account Executives to expand existing customer relationships and support new business acquisition.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quarterly business reviews to executive stakeholders.
- Utilize solution-selling and value-selling methodologies to guide opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Manage large, complex enterprise sales campaigns from initial engagement to contract close.
- Build and execute co-sell strategies with internal teams, alliance partners, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide forecasts, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
- Support sales enablement efforts through training materials, product demonstrations, and sales guidance.
This role requires strong enterprise sales expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage sophisticated customer engagements within the contact center technology space.
- 5+ years of experience in major account sales focused on contact center solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.
- Experience managing and growing relationships within large enterprise or major accounts.
- Strong consultative, value-based, and solution-selling skills.
- Experience delivering sales training, product demonstrations, and customer-facing presentations.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong forecasting, territory planning, and strategic account management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus opportunities, and equity participation.
- On-target earnings ranging approximately from $208,700 – $365,200 CAD depending on experience and location.
