Job Description
Essential Duties:
· Greet visitors, answer phones and provide hospitality set-up for meetings.
· Prepare weekly bulletins and bulletin inserts.
· Maintain and coordinate parish calendar with staff.
· Maintain weekday Mass schedule and Mass intentions.
· Provide support for baptism preparation and maintain all sacramental records.
· Provide data entry and word processing support for all staff.
· Assist in maintenance of church management and contribution software programs.
· Assist with content across digital channels: website, digital sign, social media platforms, online giving and event forms, email marketing, etc.
· Handle outgoing and incoming mail.
· Maintain inventory and purchase office/hospitality supplies and office equipment supplies.
· Maintain and schedule ministries through ministry scheduling software.
· Assist in preparation of the annual spirituality report.
· Provide support for maintaining contribution records and providing donor statements.
· Support development and stewardship projects and workflows.
· Act as staff liaison to parish organizations as assigned.
Requirements:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Show attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
· Proficiency in keyboarding, data entry, Microsoft software.
· Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
· Ability to easily grasp new software applications.
