To register all patients with Meditech for service at URMC, to interview patients to gather demographic and financial data, obtain Medicare Msp information, inform about Advance Directives and Patients Rights, issue ABN's and to obtain signatures for consent to treat and for other release forms, in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

High School or equivalent

1 yr clerical and customer service.

Prefer: 3 years Medical Office clerical experience, Medical Terminology with ICD 10 codes
