  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Administers drug screen training to peer employees to achieve DOT standards while overseeing their collections; provides offsite drug screens and breath alcohol testing to local industry and businesses; facilitates DNA testing in the clinic environment; and routinely examines Chain of Custody documentation of all drug specimens.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • High School or equivalent

    • Minimum Experience
      • 2 years experience in medical clinic environment preferred

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • DOT and non-DOT certifications for drug screening and breath alcohol testing within 30 days of hire or transfer
      • BLS within 90 days of hire or transfer

    • Preferred Education
      • Some college; Associates Degree

    • Preferred Experience
      • Audiometery/Spirometry testing
      • DOT certification experience

    • Preferred Registration/License/Certification

    • Other Requirements
      • N/A
