You will help consulting and systems integration partners develop practical capabilities through real customer opportunities.

Accountabilities:
  • Select and prioritize a focused portfolio of advisory and consulting partners based on customer relevance, executive sponsorship, technical capacity, and willingness to invest in joint opportunities.
  • Establish and manage global joint business plans with defined industry priorities, regional objectives, customer targets, partner resources, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build deep executive relationships with selected consulting firms and systems integrators.
  • Personally engage partner practice leaders and account teams in customer discovery, opportunity qualification, business-case development, and commercial pursuits.
  • Develop and manage a focused set of lighthouse customer engagements across quantum computing and quantum-safe cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with Field Engineering, Partner Engineering, Platform Sales Specialists, and other technical teams to establish feasible scopes, technical success criteria, dependencies, and growth milestones.
  • Lead joint discovery, solution development, negotiation, co-selling, and early customer engagements.
  • Build partner confidence and seller capability through hands-on execution, targeted workshops, proposals, training, and live customer pursuits.
  • Develop reusable customer success stories, solution patterns, and sales playbooks based on validated engagement outcomes.
  • Mobilize partner headquarters, global executive sponsors, practices, commercial frameworks, and resources to support regional opportunities.
  • Work with regional partner and sales leads to map named accounts, local practices, pursuit ownership, pipeline, and shared account plans.
  • Establish regular global-regional opportunity reviews focused on customer outcomes, pipeline progression, and deal execution.
  • Use regional customer evidence to refine global offerings and replicate successful approaches across partner practices and markets.
  • Lead alliance commercial frameworks and coordinate joint investments with Legal and Finance.
  • Maintain qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, forecasts, opportunity attribution, and commercial reporting.
  • Secure customer-approved references and document delivery lessons, partner economics, and repeatable approaches.
  • Collaborate with Programs and Marketing to transform successful lighthouse engagements into scalable tools, playbooks, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Expand into additional accounts, practices, or partners when customer value, partner commitment, delivery capacity, and commercial repeatability have been demonstrated.
  • Track alliance performance through pipeline, revenue, conversion, forecast accuracy, partner productivity, customer outcomes, time to first win, and evidence of replication.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, including ownership of complex relationships with advisory or consulting firms.
  • Established credibility with senior consulting practice leaders, industry executives, and strategic partner stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of consulting economics and the ability to translate advisory influence into tangible joint commercial opportunities.
  • Proven experience developing focused, early-stage partnerships into scalable channels that generate sustained revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience in frontier technologies or other emerging technology categories.
  • Ability to translate evolving technology capabilities, uncertain roadmaps, and customer requirements into credible, staged adoption strategies.
  • Track record of personally developing and co-selling early customer engagements from discovery and qualification through solution development, negotiation, and close.
  • Experience converting early customer engagements into approved references, reusable solution patterns, and repeatable partner sales motions.
  • Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly to both executive and operational audiences.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline qualification, forecasting, investment prioritization, and commercial governance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical specialists and establish realistic customer success criteria without overstating technology readiness.
  • Experience operating across global markets and coordinating global and regional stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake significant domestic and international travel.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with quantum computing, networking, security, sensing, space, or related frontier technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with sovereign or regulated markets, public-sector procurement, or international trade compliance for advanced technologies is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Remote position with a global scope.

  • Base salary range of $182,400–$262,200 USD.
  • Total compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, and benefit options.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.

  • Unlimited paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Paid parental and adoption leave.
  • Legal insurance.
  • Home technology stipend.
  • Autonomy-focused work environment with an emphasis on productivity, collaboration, and respect.
  • Opportunities to work with emerging technologies across multiple markets and industries.
