Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Capital Accounts Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the financial management of capital projects, with a strong focus on purchase order (PO) administration and invoice processing.
You will collaborate closely with both the Capital Accounts Team and the Finance Team to ensure accurate cost tracking, timely invoice processing, and alignment with financial controls and reporting requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesCapital Project Financial ManagementManage and maintain capital project purchase orders, including creation, tracking, updates, and documentation
Process and reconcile vendor invoices against approved purchase orders
Monitor capital project spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Maintain accurate financial records within SAP
Support month-end close activities and financial reporting in partnership with the Finance Team
Assist with capital forecasting and financial reporting as needed
Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing, coding, and PO balances
Ensure documentation meets internal audit and compliance standards
Support initiatives that improve capital accounting processes and operational efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or capital project support
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong understanding of purchase order and invoice processing
Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience supporting capital projects or capital accounting environments
Familiarity with financial compliance and internal control frameworks
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional finance and operations teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Comfortable working in structured ERP-based financial environments
