What You’ll Do

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment, including motors, pumps and conveyors
• Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to improve reliability and minimize downtime
• Support upgrades, record work in maintenance systems and follow lockout/tagout safety procedures
• Collaborate with production and experienced maintenance technicians

What We’re Looking For

• Level I: Mechanical aptitude, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn; approximately 0–2 years of experience preferred
• Level II: Independently troubleshoot equipment; read electrical schematics; work with PLC-controlled systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs); approximately 3–5 years preferred

• For both levels: Dependability, safety focus, teamwork and problem-solving ability
• High school diploma or GED required; technical education or apprenticeship preferred
