What You’ll Do

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation issues
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors and automated production/packaging equipment
• Lead root-cause failure analysis, implement lasting fixes and reduce unplanned downtime
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance; support equipment upgrades, rebuilds and installations
• Partner with production and quality teams; mentor developing technicians
• Document work, follow lockout/tagout procedures and lead by example on safety

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Advanced electrical, mechanical and controls troubleshooting; strong PLC/automation knowledge
• Independently diagnose complex failures and read electrical schematics; PLC programming and robotics experience a plus
• Strong safety practices, communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
