The opportunity
We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented professionals to join our Managed Sales Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales success, supporting account management, and ensuring seamless onboarding for both new and existing clients. You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver impactful presentations, and build lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales targets: Attend regional sales meetings, share program updates, and communicate with suppliers and product teams. Provide comprehensive weekly reports.
- Give presentations: Give RogersDirect presentations to new prospects and present concise overviews of RogersDirect services.
- Account Management: Maintain regular contact with Rogers sales team members, participate in business evaluations, and identify renewal and new deployment opportunities.
- Sales support: Providing tailored solutions, preparing quotes, coordinating inventory and managing escalations to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Customer onboarding: Lead onboarding sessions, offer service demonstrations, and support customers during signup and setup.
- Program promotion: Raise awareness of RogersDirect programs, identify potential accounts and offer dedicated post-launch support.
- Building relationships: fostering positive customer engagement, managing special projects, and serving as a liaison between sales and execution teams.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee deployment activities with respect to inventory, pricing, order counter and reporting requirements; maintain accurate CRM records.
What you bring
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales and customer support within the Canadian telecommunications industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Collaborative spirit and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with Rogers' sales platforms, CRM systems and wireless services is an asset.
