Position Overview
Providence Home Health Inc. is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for immediate part-time and per diem visiting nurse roles. This position offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to provide high-quality care within your designated region. While care is delivered in patients' homes across surrounding counties, occasional travel to our Emmaus office is required for onboarding, supplies, and in-service training.

Key Responsibilities
• Patient Assessment: Initiate, evaluate, and regularly revise custom Plans of Care.
• Clinical Care: Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
• Education: Teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and diet.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records.
• Information Gathering: Proactively secure all data needed for effective field care.

Position Requirements
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to patient homes within designated counties.
• Schedule: Occasional weekend availability is requested.
• Skills: Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in a home health or visiting nurse role.
• Proficiency in wound care management.
• Competence with IV therapies and infusions.
