RN FLOAT-FND LTC Nursing Support in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team throughout our Long Term Care Facilities — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

• Work Shift: Nights
• Shift Differential

What Your Day Looks Like: receiving your shift assignment, participating in bedside shift report, completing initial assessments, scanning medications with BMV and administering medications, coordinating and providing patient care using critical thinking, assisting with meals and daily hygiene, educating patients and families from admission through discharge, maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality, and demonstrating knowledge that reflects current nursing practice. As a Registered Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitating resident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

Qualifications:

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s

Experience: Patient Care, organizational skill, communication skills and compassion

Skills: Multitasking, attention to detail, organizational skills

Licensure/Certification: RN

Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast paced environment
