What We’re Looking For:
CCRN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a RBT, you will have the privilege of providing behavioral support to a unique group of individuals across all settings in Chester County, PA.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide in school support to assigned client/consumer with special needs.
- Maintain a good working relationship with teacher and work under the direction of that teacher.
- Consult with their BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis for up to 8 hours per month.
- Assist the BCBA in developing a treatment plan and then implement the behavioral strategies outlined. Determined target behaviors will be tracked and documented daily along with the replacement behaviors when demonstrated by the client.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Must be able to provide a summary of the day’s events, including RBT interventions, outbursts of behaviors displayed, etc. will be clinically documented on their RBT Services Daily Log. These logs must be signed by the client’s teacher by the end of the week.
- Maintain compliance with all aspects of the client’s IEP at all times including billing/documenting no more than 6.5 hrs daily (390 minutes) unless additional time has been approved by the student’s district.
- Must be able to submit all paperwork by the end of each week, once it has been completed and signed by client’s teacher.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field, 3 years of direct care experience, or combined education and experience.
