Role: Layout Crew Member

FLSA: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM | 40+ hours per week

Position Summary

Superior Walls is seeking a dependable, hands-on Layout Crew Member to assist with positioning and laying out metal forms according to blueprints and precise measurements. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a two-person team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay out and position metal formwork according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use tape measures frequently to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and work instructions.
• Safely move and position heavy metal forms.
• Work closely with a partner to maintain an accurate, consistent, and productive pace.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and position heavy metal formwork.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work an early schedule and 40+ hours per week.
• Valid Driver's License and Transportation is required.
