Clinical Coordinator - Hemotology/ Oncology Service Line in Gallipolis, Ohio at Holzer Health System

Works under the supervision of the Oncology Service Line Leadership to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care on a nursing unit. Provides coaching, guidance, supervision, and evaluation of work performance of nursing staff. Creates an environment that supports the nursing professional practice model. Contributes to the mission, vision and goals of Holzer as well as meeting the requirements of corporate compliance, Joint Commission, and other regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years oncology nursing experience with demonstrated leadership and clinical skills required.


• Holds current licensure in the State of Ohio as RN


• BSN preferred either nursing or healthcare related


• CPR – Required


• Maintains Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification


• Oncology certification preferred
